Preheat steamer, place unopened bag in perforated hotel pans. Microwave: Microwave 1 bag thawed for 17 minutes, frozen for 25 minutes. Cut 1 inch slit in center of bag. Cook on high. Turn frequently to prevent scorching. Stove Top: Boil in bag for 25 minutes if thawed, 45 minutes if frozen. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Completely immerse unopened bag in water. Return water to simmer, rotate bag for even heating. Convection Oven: 325 degree F for 20 minutes if thawed. Cooking from frozen is not recommended. Preheat oven.
